Conversion optimization (UX) to enhance user experience **Digital Designer focused on Marketing (Hybrid)** **Location:** Nezahualcóyotl, State of México **Salary Range:** $12,000 \- $16,000 MXN per month (net). **Job Objective** Support the marketing department in creating visual assets that drive engagement (engagement) on social media and improve user experience across the company's digital channels, utilizing agile tools and a strategic approach. **Technical Specifications (Your Skills)** * **⁠** ⁠Dynamic Content (Reels/TikTok): Short-form video editing with transitions, dynamic subtitles, and trending audio. * ⁠ ⁠Agile Design (Canva): Proficiency in Canva for creating presentations, manuals, and daily social media content to maintain operational speed. * ⁠ ⁠UX/UI Fundamentals: * ⁠ ⁠Visual Marketing: Creation of advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads) optimized for conversion. **Main Responsibilities** 1\.⁠ ⁠Video Production: Capture original footage or use stock assets to create high-impact Reels and promotional videos. 2\.⁠ ⁠Brand Maintenance: Ensure all Canva content adheres to the company’s visual identity. 3\.⁠ ⁠Conversion Optimization (UX): Propose visual improvements to the website or landing pages so customers can find information more quickly. 4\.⁠ ⁠Collaboration: Work closely with the Community Manager to schedule content. **Ideal Requirements** * **⁠ ⁠**Experience: 1 to 2 years * ⁠ Reside in Neza or nearby areas (Chimalhuacán, Iztapalapa, Venustiano Carranza) to facilitate the hybrid work arrangement. * ⁠ Familiarity with Figma and knowledge of UX/UI is considered a plus. * ⁠ Digital Portfolio: Must provide examples of edited videos and design projects.
