Description * Comprehensive Clinical Care (30%): Perform radiographic diagnoses, treatments, and orodental rehabilitation; manage daily emergencies and refer patients to secondary care when necessary. Additionally, you will maintain supply logs, submit material requisitions, and supervise the Social Service personnel under your supervision. * Prevention and Oral Health Education (30%): Design and deliver classes and workshops for children and families in the community. You will implement fluoride applications, perform bacterial plaque detection, and actively participate in dental outreach campaigns. * Methodological Evaluation and Quality (20%): Design and implement the Results Monitoring and Evaluation System (RMES) for the area, analyze indicators, prepare impact reports, and ensure compliance with institutional methodologies and corrective actions from audits. Profile/Requirements * Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Stomatology or Dental Surgery; possession of a Professional Title and Professional License is mandatory. * Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Oro-Dental Health, holding positions such as Dental Area Coordinator. * Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive clinical practice (diagnostic fundamentals, pathologies, treatment plans), development of community health brigades, promotion of oral health, intermediate proficiency in Office software packages and ERP systems. * Desired Competencies: Analytical thinking, tactical planning, service-oriented mindset (warm and friendly), teamwork, effective communication, and strong results orientation.
