Job Objective:** Supervise, coordinate, and ensure proper construction execution according to drawings, technical specifications, applicable regulations, and the established schedule, guaranteeing quality, safety, and resource optimization. **2\. Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. * Coordinate on-site personnel, suppliers, and contractors to ensure efficient workflow. * Review and validate drawings, technical specifications, and modifications in coordination with designers and project managers. * Manage material procurement, verifying compliance with specifications and timely delivery. * Monitor the allocated budget and report deviations or necessary adjustments. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports on construction, including photographs, performance indicators, and relevant observations. * Verify compliance with municipal, state, and federal regulations related to construction and safety. * Resolve technical and operational conflicts arising during construction. * Participate in follow-up meetings with representatives of the contracting company and other stakeholders. **3\. Candidate Requirements:** **Education:** * Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (degree and professional license). **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years as Construction Resident on commercial or light construction projects. * Prior experience supervising construction for commercial chains (preferred). **Technical Knowledge:** * Interpretation of architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical drawings. * Proficiency in design and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Project, Advanced Excel). * Applicable construction regulations (e.g., Construction Regulations, NOM standards). * Budget management and construction cost estimation. * On-site safety and hygiene procedures. **Skills:** * Leadership and team management. * Organization and planning. * Problem-solving and decision-making. * Effective communication and negotiation ability. * Working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines. **4\.
