Job Summary: We are seeking a Service Desk Agent for first-level technical support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and collaborating with teams. Key Highlights: 1. Unique professional development opportunities **Position: Service Desk Agent (French Language)** * Education: Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Computer Systems or related fields. * Availability for shift-based roles. * Work Mode: On-site. * Location: Puebla. * French: Advanced * English: \+B2 (Desirable) **Responsibilities:** * Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to deliver first-level technical support. * Log and document incidents, requests, changes, and transfers in the ticketing system. * Resolve technical issues. * Assist in resolving hardware, software, and network problems. * Collaborate with other technical support teams to resolve complex issues. **Required Knowledge:** * Knowledge of information technologies and related areas. * Experience handling Microsoft Office suite applications. * Strong willingness to work collaboratively in teams and across departments. * Customer service experience (internships are acceptable). **Skills:** * Customer service orientation. * Problem-solving ability. * Process awareness and standardization. * Active communication.
