




Job Summary: We are seeking an Instructor with experience in Quality Management, New Product Introduction (NPI), or Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA), capable of delivering an in-person Core Tools training course for professionals in the automotive and manufacturing industries. Professional Experience (Mandatory)** * **Career Path:** Minimum 5 to 8 years in **Quality Management**, **New Product Introduction (NPI)**, or **SQA** roles within Tier 1 or Tier 2 companies. * **Audit Experience:** Demonstrated leadership or defense of IATF 16949 certification processes and **PPAP** closure activities with customers (OEMs). **2. Technical Competencies by Module** * **Modules 1–3 (Risk and Planning):** Mastery of the AIAG & VDA FMEA (7-step approach) and ability to explain the logical flow from **APQP** to the **Control Plan**. * **Modules 4–5 (Applied Statistics):** Ability to interpret **R&R** studies (Variable and Attribute) and calculate capability indices (**Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk**) using software such as Minitab or similar. * **Module 6 (Validation):** In-depth knowledge of the 18 elements of **PPAP** and submission levels required by vehicle manufacturers. **3. Education and Legal Requirements** * **Academic Degree:** Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, or related field. * **Certifications:** Certification as a "Core Tools Specialist" issued by AIAG or equivalent bodies is preferred. * **STPS Registration:** Mandatory possession of **External Training Agent (DC-5)** registration with the Ministry of Labor to issue official labor competency certificates to participants. Recommended Delivery Approach for 32-Hour Course Given that this is an **in-person** course, the candidate must possess group facilitation skills to conduct hands-on workshops (e.g., performing a Gage R&R analysis using actual parts in the classroom or developing a Process FMEA for a routine process). **COURSE OUTLINE** **Course: Core Tools** **Duration: 32 hours** **Format: In-person.** **Target Audience: Quality, Production, and Process Engineers; Supervisors; Internal Auditors; Project Leaders; Continuous Improvement Personnel; and Suppliers in the automotive and manufacturing industries.** **General Objective** To enable participants to understand, apply, and effectively integrate the Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC) to ensure product quality, process stability, and compliance with customer requirements and the IATF 16949 standard. **Thematic Content by Module** **Module 1. Introduction to Core Tools and Their Relationship with IATF 16949 (4 hours)** **Objective:** Understand the overall framework, purpose, and integration of Core Tools. **Module 2. APQP – Advanced Product Quality Planning (6 hours)** **Objective:** Apply the APQP methodology to ensure robust product and process development. **Module 3. FMEA – Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (6 hours)** **Objective:** Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks in product and process. **Module 4. MSA – Measurement System Analysis (5 hours)** **Objective:** Evaluate the reliability of measurement systems. **Module 5. SPC – Statistical Process Control (6 hours)** **Objective:** Monitor and control process variability using statistical tools. **Module 6. PPAP – Production Part Approval Process (5 hours)** **Objective:** Prepare for and understand the part approval process for automotive customers.
