Supplier negotiation and contracting Job Objective Coordinate and supervise the company’s or real estate developments’ administrative operations, ensuring efficient control of resources, internal processes, contracts, suppliers, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities and Duties 1. General Administration * Supervision of internal administrative processes. * Control of legal property documentation (deeds, contracts, permits). * Coordination of general services (maintenance, cleaning, security). * Management of physical and digital archives. 2. Property Administration * Management of lease agreements and renewals. * Monitoring of rent and maintenance fee payments. * Communication with property owners, tenants, and investors. * Physical condition monitoring of properties. 3. Budgetary Control * Preparation and monitoring of the operational budget. * Control of administrative expenses. * Validation of payments against the budget. * Monthly reporting of administrative results. 4. Supplier Management * Supplier negotiation and contracting. * Purchase order control. * Supplier performance evaluation. * Oversight of service contracts. 5. Regulatory Compliance * Ensuring compliance with internal regulations and local ordinances. * Insurance policy control. * Coordination with legal and accounting departments. * Handling of administrative audits. Academic Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience * 3 to 5 years in administration. * Experience in the real estate, construction, or property management sector. * Contract and supplier management experience. Technical Knowledge * Property administration. * Budgetary control. * Document management. * ERP or administrative software proficiency. * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills.
