**Cook – For Our Cafeteria (Polanco, CDMX)** We are a catering company with over 8 years of nationwide experience. **Responsibilities:** * Food preparation and recipe adherence * Compliance with hygiene and quality standards. * FIFO handling and temperature control. * Preparation / Supervision of hot beverage preparation **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in cooking or food preparation. * Knowledge of hygiene and quality standards. * Knowledge of FIFO and temperature control. * Knowledge of cold and hot bar operations. * Teamwork and responsibility. **We Offer:** * $9,000 net monthly salary (paid biweekly). * Free meals. * Tips. * Uniform and work equipment. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability and professional growth. **WORK SCHEDULE – MORNING SHIFT:** * Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (depending on operational needs) * Days off: Saturdays and Sundays.
