Del Valle, CDMX · Education: Upper Secondary Education or Technical High School Diploma in Information Technology, Systems, Computing, or related field. · Qualification Level: Technical Professional or Technical Professional Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Systems, or related field (Graduated or Intern) · Years of Experience: 1–2 years Experience: · Network printer configuration · Scanner folder configuration via SMB · Software installation · Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access) · Windows platforms · Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment · Preventive and corrective maintenance of laser and multifunction printers (NOT MANDATORY) Responsibilities: Provide on-site, telephone, and remote technical support across various locations within the state to address equipment failures.
