The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless integration with our existing IT infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of system architecture, service\-oriented architecture, and various related technologies to support business operations efficiently. The Salesforce Administrator will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance productivity and data security across the organization. **Responsibilities** * Manage and configure Salesforce environments, including user setup, security, and permissions. * Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes within Salesforce. * Able to explain complex things in simple terms. * Able to talk with Business, technical teams as well as non\-technical * Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary upgrades or patches. * Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices in information security and access controls. * Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures for compliance and audit purposes. **Experience** * Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role within an IT environment. * Strong background in system administration, system design, and systems engineering principles. * Hands\-on experience with database management systems such as MySQL, ITIL, Other ITSM Tools, ServiceNow * Familiarity with cloud platforms for deployment and scalability solutions.
