PROFESSIONAL SERVICES SENIOR CONSULTANT 3 hours ago Description Ensure control, tracking, and compliance of the group's application portfolio by acting as a bridge between business, IT, Legal, Procurement, and external vendors, guaranteeing: * Proper functional requirements gathering and documentation * Access control and license consumption monitoring * Contract and MSA tracking * Compliance with IT Compliance processes (UAR, Classifeye) * Executive visibility of portfolio KPIs This role combines functional analysis \+ governance \+ operational tracking. Requirements ✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems, IT, or related field ✔ 4–5 years as Business Analyst / IT BA / PMO Analyst ✔ Experience in corporate environments ✔ Basic/intermediate knowledge of methodologies (PMI / Scrum) ✔ Experience documenting processes Mandatory: * Advanced Excel * Executive PowerPoint * Jira or similar Desirable: * Visio / Bizagi / Miro * ERP experience * Scrum Fundamentals **English (Mandatory)** Must be able to: * Conduct meetings in English * Send formal emails * Prepare documentation * Present status updates Direct conversation will be validated during the interview.
