We have a place for you! · **Level 2 Operational Support Technician** · Requirements: Completed technical degree; diploma mandatory. / Bachelor’s degree (intern) in Computer Systems, Informatics, Information Technologies, or related field. Minimum one year of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. Solid knowledge in the field. Familiarity with ticketing tools. Responsibilities: Respond to on-site service orders for reported requests or incidents logged via the service desk. Perform functionality tests on hardware or software components that may exhibit faults causing operational interruption of equipment, in order to issue the corresponding technical diagnosis. Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs). Document solutions for requests and incidents and compile evidence of the support provided. Required Competencies: Teamwork and collaboration.
