We are a leading company in the distribution of Apple products and services (APR: Apple Premium Reseller), with over 30 years in the market and 76 branches across Mexico. The position is Technical Support, and responsibilities include: Providing first- and second-level technical support to Apple users. Personalized customer service. Tracking completed services. Recommending additional services and promotions. Meeting performance metrics and indicators. We Offer: Gross monthly salary: $9,900.00 (salary growth and service commissions).
