PAYROLL ANALYST What do you need? Passion for technology and payroll operations Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field (completed) Intermediate Excel skills; pivot tables, macros (technical test required) Minimum 2 years of experience in: tax calculations, disability leave processing, severance settlements, final payments, and Sunday premium payments Payroll management (biweekly and weekly) for employee rosters of at least 1,000 staff members Experience with ERP or accounting-payroll systems Advanced knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and IMSS · Responsibilities: Payroll processing Calculation of Sunday premiums, vacation bonuses, and final payments Incident reporting IMSS management · MacStore Benefits: Monthly salary of $16,000 gross (100% nominal compensation structure with direct employment contract) Year-end bonus exceeding statutory requirements Food vouchers Life insurance Savings fund Funeral expense assistance 12.5% base salary bonus for punctuality at the plant · Work Location: Col.
