The candidate will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and following up with candidates, ensuring their onboarding and training. **Responsibilities:** * Managing social media platforms and job boards (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, job portals) * Using recruitment automation platform (Viterbit) * Conducting initial interviews and applying screening criteria * Tracking candidates from first contact through onboarding and training (via Teams) * Managing and maintaining candidate files * Posting job openings and conducting field outreach (flyer distribution) * Coordinating participation in job fairs * On-site recruitment at points of sale Requirements * Completed high school diploma or incomplete university degree (mandatory) * Minimum 1 year of experience in mass recruitment (mandatory) * Experience in promotion recruitment or related fields (preferred) * Availability for hybrid work arrangement * Results-oriented, proactive, and well-organized * Personal mobile phone and computer equipment required **Apply through this channel and we will contact you to schedule your interview.** **Contact:** 221 372 5411
