**Job Opening: Systems and IT Infrastructure Analyst** We are the **only pharmacy and distributor in Mexico specialized in medications and products for infertility treatments**, and we are seeking a Systems Analyst to ensure the continuity, stability, and technological growth of the company. **What will you do? (Analytical and Strategic Focus)** * Administer and supervise the technology infrastructure: servers, networks, and critical services. * Manage administrative platforms (ASPEL) and ensure their optimal availability. * Monitor and track technological incidents, proposing root-cause improvements and solutions. * Administer Active Directory, user access, policies, and basic information security. * Coordinate with external vendors for the implementation of technology solutions. * Ensure proper operation of IP telephony and communication systems. * Provide technological continuity during the opening of new branches. * Prepare reports and documentation regarding incidents, improvements, and system updates. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field (completed and verifiable). * Experience in analyst or systems administration roles (not operational technical roles). * Knowledge of: * Active Directory * ASPEL * IP Telephony * Windows and Linux **We Offer** * **Monthly take-home salary: $17,000 MXN** * Biweekly payments * Direct employment contract with the company * Job stability and a positive work environment * Statutory benefits * Fixed schedule: * Tuesday to Friday: **10:00 AM – 7:00 PM** * Saturdays: **9:00 AM – 6:00 PM** * Work location: **Miguel Ángel de Quevedo, CDMX** Position type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 – $21,000.00 MXN per month Workplace: On-site
