E-commerce Inventory and Operations Analyst

Description

We are seeking an E-commerce Inventory Analyst to ensure inventory control and reconciliation across warehouse, systems, and marketplaces. **Location** Bosques de las Lomas / Tultitlán · 2 days per week at corporate offices in Bosques de las Lomas. · 3 days per week at the Distribution Center in Tultitlán. · Having a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license is desirable. Monday to Thursday | 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Friday | 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. **Responsibilities** · Inventory control and reconciliation. · Tracking of receipts, shipments, returns, and adjustments. · Monitoring inventory on marketplaces and e-commerce platforms. · Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies. · Preparing reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). · Coordination with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams. · Participation in cyclic and physical inventory counts. **Requirements** · 2+ years of experience in inventory, logistics, or e-commerce operations. · Intermediate Excel skills. · ERP system experience. · Analytical and organized profile. · Availability to commute between Bosques de las Lomas and Tultitlán. **Desirable** · Experience with Mercado Libre, Amazon, Temu. **We Offer** · Salary: $24,000 to $28,000 gross monthly. · Statutory benefits. · Professional growth and development. · Subsequent salary increases based on competencies, performance, and results.
