Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect / Project Manager to develop design proposals, coordinate execution-phase projects, and manage follow-up with contractors and clients, ensuring on-time delivery. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Office We require an Architect / Project Manager with the following qualifications: Design Architect and/or Interior Designer Proven experience of 6\+ years in residential or related projects Creative, with leadership, organizational, and strong communication skills Responsibilities: Presenting design proposals and drawings; developing execution-phase projects; coordinating projects and monitoring contractors; client interaction; delivering projects within established timelines. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Office; knowledge of construction regulations. Full-time, on-site position. Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. Salary: Starting at $20,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
