Quality Management Systems Coordinator

**Objective:** Ensure standardization of the Quality and Food Safety Management System, as well as World Class Manufacturing (WCM), KOSHER, HALAL standards, by complying with applicable regulations, standards, and customer specifications throughout the production chain, to guarantee achievement of business objectives. **Education:** Bachelor's degree completed in: food science, chemistry, biochemistry, or related field. **Experience:** * Ensure the quality management system complies with legal, food safety, WCM, Kosher, Halal, and customer specification requirements during production stages through internal audits and requirement evaluations to ensure continuous compliance with the system. * Ensure, manage, and follow up on action plans and corrective actions arising from audits, customer and consumer complaints, and improvement opportunities to prevent recurrence of non-conformities and strengthen the management system. * Perform trend analysis of non-conformities identified during audits to monitor closure of action plans, prevent reoccurrence of deviations, and implement effective corrective measures. * Design, document, implement, and maintain necessary procedures across different areas to standardize the quality, food safety, WCM, Kosher, and Halal management systems. * Ensure area procedures remain current and updated through audits of the document control system to guarantee process standardization and compliance. * Manage human, financial, and fixed resources within the assigned area through proper utilization to ensure their availability and continuity, thereby supporting the fulfillment of activities impacting organizational objectives. * Directly manage, address, follow up, analyze, and respond to complaints, claims, and opportunities reported by customers and consumers through SAC and ARC systems to positively impact business objective achievement. * Develop operational staff through audits assessing adherence to standardized procedures, supported by area leaders, to positively impact productive chain objectives. **Benefits:** * Salary: $28,000 gross monthly. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Career development plan.
