Plan and ensure procurement and availability of necessary tools in the workshop for preventive maintenance, guaranteeing the quality of spare parts. 5. Review whether the Deputy Manager appropriately classifies scheduled maintenance separately from corrective maintenance. 6. Ensure scheduled maintenance tasks are properly recorded in the system and required spare parts are purchased accordingly. 7. Ensure scheduled maintenance is performed on time, correctly, and in full compliance with standards. 8. Verify correct classification of service orders regarding whether they pertain to scheduled maintenance, corrective maintenance, or unauthorized maintenance. 9. Maintain an excellent relationship between Operators and the organization through satisfactory repair of their units. 10. Monitor the number of units and maintenance expenses to analyze trends and assess departmental goal achievement.
