Actively participate in identifying improvements in the assigned area and promote teamwork with collaborators.\n#### **Responsibilities**\n\n\n* Analyze and create a succession plan for the area to visualize and plan the professional development of the team.\n* Follow up on problem resolution in the shortest time possible, affecting operations as little as possible.\n* Conduct process updates and training for personnel at the beginning, during, and end of the cycle to ensure proper process compliance.\n* Participate in the institutional training program to update knowledge and skills in the operations area.\n* Develop and report KPIs (key performance indicators) and personnel distribution by activity and project to the corresponding department.\n* Manage WorkDay (personnel transfers, permissions, vacations, disabilities, terminations, and bonuses).\n* Approve and verify times in Ultipro (Payroll).\n* Assign labor charges according to the project the personnel is working on.\n* Create and supervise weekly and monthly activity plans.\n* Conduct onboarding for new personnel.\n* Request retroactive payments from the payroll team.\n* Generate weekly and monthly production forecasts.\n* Process and document commitment letters and administrative records.\n* Generate work orders for the maintenance team.\n* Plan and coordinate with the safety and hygiene team the implementation of weekly and monthly safety talks.\n* Request necessary machinery based on the activity.\n* Request services (portable restrooms) if operations require it.\n* Manage and coordinate material movements.\n* Receive and verify requested materials.\n* Monitor personnel with work-related issues (low performance, poor attitude, conflicts).\n* Conduct site walkthroughs with the management team.\n* Generate and deliver lists of personnel with amounts earned through production bonuses based on efficiency and quality.\n* Prepare daily and weekly production and KPI reports.\n* Create databases with information on production, quality, and efficiency of Varieties and Lots.\n* Train personnel according to required profiles: Operations Leader, Agricultural Worker, Administrative/Agricultural Assistant.\n* Ensure proper administration and care of supplies for optimal utilization.\n* Prepare and verify requisitions and purchase requests for supplies to ensure timely availability.\n* Plan and ensure timely staffing for processes.\n* Coordinate and execute work plans with operations leaders: Weekly.\n* Verify correct use of PPE according to the operation.\n* Evaluate the performance of operations leaders and agricultural workers.\n* Monitor efficiency and quality indicators of work based on established metrics and specs.\n* Supervise and ensure the proper use and functioning of tools, PPE, and machinery.\n* Supervise and deliver daily production progress updates.\n* Develop strategies to meet and improve efficiency and quality.\n* Ensure compliance with the correct Clean stock flow across areas and processes.\n* Ensure and supervise the implementation of good agricultural practices.\n* Verify facility conditions to prevent incidents during operations.\n* Ensure that the work team is in their respective areas and fully engaged in their activities to maintain established productivity levels.\n* Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure supplies are delivered on time for proper nursery operations.\n* Keep the greenhouse clean and organized to maintain facilities in good condition.\n* Verify strict compliance with GMPs by personnel and facilities, and adherence to Driscoll’s regulations and policies to ensure products are free from contamination and meet safety and quality standards.\n* Increase productivity, quality, and operational efficiency through continuous process improvement.\n\n\n#### **Candidate Profile**\n\n\n* High school diploma completed\n* 2 years of experience in **crop management**.\n* 3 years of experience in **personnel management**.\n* 1 year of experience in **data analysis**\n* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Intermediate level)\n* Basic English\n\n\n#### **About Driscolls**\n\n\nDriscoll's is the global market leader for fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries.
