You will be responsible for ensuring that the production, logistics, and delivery of our electric bicycles are carried out efficiently, profitably, and with the highest quality. Key Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and supervise all electric bicycle production and distribution operations. * Optimize processes to improve productivity, quality, and delivery times. * Manage inventory, supply chain, and supplier relationships. * Implement and oversee quality control and safety systems. * Lead and motivate operational teams, promoting training and development. * Analyze KPIs and propose continuous improvements across all operational areas. * Coordinate technological innovation and sustainability projects. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in operations roles, preferably in production, logistics, or electric mobility. * Knowledge of process management, quality control, and supply chain management. * Leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
