Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (preferred). * Age between 22 and 37 years. * Gender: Unrestricted. Essential Knowledge * Payroll management and administrative systems. * Knowledge of: * Federal Labor Law (LFT) * Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) * Integrated System for Social Security Information (IDSE) * Unified Automated System (SUA) * National Workers' Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT) * Preparation of termination settlements and calculation of Profit Sharing (PTU). * Control of incidents and deductions. Main Responsibilities * Registration and cancellation of employees with IMSS. * Administration of personnel movements in the payroll system. * Monitoring and control of IDSE and SUA. * INFONAVIT payment control. * Procedures before IMSS and INFONAVIT. * Recording of incidents, deductions, and journal entries. * Preparation of payroll reports and statements. * Filing and control of personnel files. * Administrative support for the department.
