Job Posting ID: 25673 Country: Mexico Position Location: Acceso IV Nº 6 Zona Industrial Benito Juárez Querétaro, Querétaro 76120 **MQA/SQA MANAGER** **Mission** Ensure compliance with Quality System and Customer Requirements through the development, improvement, and implementation of processes. * **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for monitoring departmental KPIs, identifying and managing improvement opportunities. * Manage incoming inspection area. * Monitor material segregation area (incoming quarantine and PRT). * Manage NPI and SQA Quality team. * Manage root cause analysis for non-conforming parts. * Understand and enforce customer specifications. * Ensure proper implementation of containment, corrective, and preventive actions against KPIs. * Handle external customer audits. * Responsible for Action Plans and Projects focused on departmental KPIs. * Responsible for maintaining qualification of engineers reporting to them.
