Reside within the region and have availability to travel to stores. *Experience in 360° management of multiple branches and direct responsibility for achieving all KPIs in retail or convenience stores (OXXO, 3B, BARA, 7-Eleven, Farmacias Guadalajara, Heineken, Modelo, etc.) is highly valued.* People management (more than 25 employees) and knowledge of key processes (Shrinkage, Sales, Turnover, Mystery Shopper). Valid driver's license. **✅ Main Responsibilities:** Lead and manage high-performance teams focused on the personal and professional growth of employees. Manage the operations of multiple business units as if they were your own business, ensuring control and continuous improvement of operational metrics (sales, turnover, shrinkage, service). Ensure excellent customer service in every store, promoting organizational culture. Collaborate with support departments (Human Resources, Procurement, Audit, Systems, Labor Relations, Suppliers).
