**Company Description:** Grupo Fortec S.A. de C.V., a Mexican company dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of fine materials for white construction—ceramic adhesives, stuccos, and grouts—is seeking a responsible and proactive Maintenance Janitor to join its plant in Vizarrón de Montes, Querétaro. **Position Objective:** Maintain facilities in optimal conditions of cleanliness, order, and functionality, ensuring a safe, clean environment that meets operational standards. **Responsibilities:** * Perform general maintenance (basic electricity, plumbing, cleaning) within the facilities. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and preservation of all plant areas. * Supervise proper separation and disposal of waste. * Care for green areas, water tanks, and septic tank. * Collaborate with the Safety and Hygiene department on preventive tasks. * Report promptly to the supervisor regarding activities and incidents. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in general maintenance. * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and industrial cleaning. * Math, reading/writing, organizational, responsibility, and proactive skills. **We Offer:** * Salary: **$2,500 MXN weekly**. * Statutory benefits. * Uniforms provided by the company. * Continuous training program. * Indefinite-term, full-time contract. * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM. * Location: Vizarrón de Montes, Qro.
