Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineer or Technician for remote and on-site support, responsible for preparing, configuring, and maintaining equipment, applications, and information security. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive technical support for systems and hardware 2. Configuration and maintenance of IT infrastructure 3. Development of structured cabling projects **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Technical Diploma in Systems or Computer Science **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in remote and/or on-site support **Knowledge: · Creating backups, formatting, and installing software and hardware · Basic structured cabling (desirable) · Protocols and configuration of Active Directory accounts, domains, and VPN connections **Responsibilities: · Preparation and configuration of new Windows 10 or newer devices · Configuration of applications, email, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint · Corrective and preventive maintenance · Repair of computers and peripheral devices · Configuration of security policies · Installation and configuration of antivirus and security consoles · Installation and configuration of peripheral devices · Development of infrastructure projects for structured cabling (training for new hires). **We Offer: · Salary: $12,000 MXN per month (tax-free) · Continuous training · Performance bonus equal to 50% of base salary · Travel allowances for local and out-of-town assignments · Overtime pay (if applicable) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $12,000.00 – $18,000.00 MXN per month Work Location: On-site employment
