Thanks to our exponential growth, we are seeking an **Operations Manager** to lead the strategic and operational execution of the business, ensuring profitability and growth, service excellence, and adherence to brand standards. **Position Objective:** Coordinate and supervise operations across company-owned units, ensuring compliance with quality, service, image, and financial performance standards aligned with the brand’s vision and values. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise operational performance across units (sales, inventory, productivity). * Ensure branch profitability and growth. * Lead and develop unit managers and key teams. * Coordinate operational audits and follow up on action plans. * Guarantee an exceptional customer experience aligned with the brand’s value proposition. * Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and hygiene across all units. **Required Profile:** * Minimum 5 years’ experience leading multi-unit operations in the food and beverage industry. * Strong sense of urgency and decision-making ability. * Ability to develop leaders and manage high-performance teams. * Strategic mindset with strong execution capability. * High level of organization, standardization, and continuous improvement orientation. * **Reside in Cuauhtémoc City, Chihuahua, or be willing to relocate.** **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Bonus scheme based on KPI achievement. **CV submission is mandatory.**
