No matter who you are, where you’re from, or whom you love, you can always influence those around you and make a positive impact on the world. **Learn more:** PepsiCoJobs**Join PepsiCo—dare to transform.** Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** Administrative Assistant, responsible for local portfolio management and collections. **Location:** Chihuahua City **Work Mode:** On-site | Temporary position (5 months) **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM | 3:00 PM–7:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM | 1:00 PM–6:00 PM. **Your Impact** As a Sales Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include: * Handling confidential information * Managing and controlling documents * Warehouse inventory control * Requesting office and cleaning supplies * Managing sales representatives’ account balances * Conducting sales representatives’ cash reconciliations * Validating customer credit requests * Supporting staff members * Managing occupational risk cases (IMSS) * Local portfolio control and collections * Managing sales representatives’ expenses * Tracking operational cases Qualifications: **Who Are We Looking For?** We seek a proactive, organized individual with a passion for administrative and operational support tasks. This role is critical in supporting the sales team and ensuring accurate administrative management of the warehouse.
