





Join our team and become part of the Credit Card sales campaign with one of Mexico’s most important banking clients. ***CALL CENTER TRAINER*** **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and promote training for newly hired staff, with a 100% sales focus. * Deliver onboarding, refresher, and campaign-specific training courses. * Reinforce and enhance operational staff’s knowledge to improve performance. * Conduct courses, workshops, and follow-up sessions for the team. * Prepare training materials (presentations, workbooks, assessments, etc.). * Organize and deliver trainings related to campaigns requested by the bank. * Identify improvement opportunities and propose actions to enhance effectiveness. * Maintain up-to-date records of completed courses, absences, and performance reports. * Track training outcomes and progress. **Essential Requirements:** * Proven experience in credit card sales. * Experience as a trainer or instructor in a call center environment. * Ability to communicate, train, and motivate teams. * Strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and results orientation. * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Pedagogy, or related field.
