It fosters a culture of excellence, innovation, and financial rigor across all its operations. **Position Objective** To supervise, consolidate, and control the financial and accounting information of the group’s various entities and projects in Mexico, ensuring regulatory compliance, tax efficiency, and the integrity of financial reports for corporate management. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead **corporate accounting and financial control**, ensuring accurate integration of financial data from group projects and entities. * Prepare and analyze **consolidated financial statements**, variance analyses, and monthly reports for management. * Coordinate **corporate budget planning and control**, including forecasts and cash flow projections. * Supervise **tax compliance** across group entities (income tax, VAT, withholding taxes, tax audits). * Ensure proper application of **Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF)** and corporate accounting policies. * Implement and maintain **internal controls, accounting procedures, and financial policies.** * Manage relationships with **external auditors, tax advisors, and government authorities.** * Oversee **monthly and annual closings**, reconciliations, and asset controls. * Collaborate with **Treasury, Financial Planning, Legal, and Project Management** departments. * Utilize **Pyanel** and ERP systems for financial and accounting tracking of projects. **Requirements** * **Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or Finance** (degree certificate and professional license). * **Minimum 6 years of experience** in Corporate Controller or Accounting Manager roles within the **real estate or construction sector** (mandatory). * Experience consolidating financial information from **multiple projects or entities**. * Advanced knowledge of **taxation, general accounting, and internal control.** * Proficiency with ERP tools. * Advanced **Excel** skills and executive reporting capabilities. * Intermediate English (preferred).
