





**Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing **(salary negotiable)** Proficiency in design and photo/video editing tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro or similar). Experience managing social media and digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. Knowledge of SEO and SEM. Copywriting and storytelling skills for creating engaging content. Experience with analytics and metrics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.). Familiarity with digital marketing tools and content scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, HubSpot, etc.). **EXPERIENCE** * Traditional and digital marketing strategy: Design and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract the target audience. * Social media management: Create, publish, and monitor social media content; manage community interaction and maintain communication aligned with the brand identity. * Visual content production: Conduct photography and video recording sessions, editing content to align with marketing campaigns and brand image. * Content planning: Develop a content calendar for social media and other digital platforms, ensuring consistent communication and alignment with marketing objectives. * SEO/SEM optimization: Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine visibility, and manage SEM campaigns to maximize brand reach. * Metrics analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, generate reports, and propose improvements to optimize return on investment (ROI). * Customer loyalty and engagement strategy: Design initiatives that encourage community interaction and customer retention, such as contests, surveys, and retention campaigns. * Attendance at exhibitions and creation of activations at booths Job type: Full-time Salary: $100.00 - $200.00 per month Work location: On-site position
