Work environment that values discipline and results A construction-sector company is looking for a **Senior CAD Architect with a 100% production-oriented profile**, specializing in **outsourced executive drawings and construction take-offs**. **This is NOT an architectural design position.** It is a technical production role requiring **speed and precision in AutoCAD 2D**. **Position Objective** To produce executive drawings and their **construction take-offs (take-off numbers)** from sketches, meeting **technical standards and weekly production targets**. **Main Responsibilities** * Interpret hand-drawn sketches and digitize them in **AutoCAD 2D** * Create **construction take-offs** (closed polylines, quantification) * Revise drawings based on **redlines and weekly reviews** * Deliver construction-ready drawings within defined deadlines **Requirements (MANDATORY)** * Architecture or Civil Engineering degree (intern or graduate) * **Proven experience in construction take-offs / quantification** * Proficiency in **AutoCAD 2D** with **high drawing speed** * Ability to work under objective-based performance and time pressure * Discipline, organization, and results orientation University background is not a screening criterion.
