Design, adapt, and deliver training on enterprise technological solution portfolios (hardware, software, and services). Translate technical information into clear and relevant commercial content for different audiences. Plan and execute training schedules (invitations, logistics, follow-up). Generate attendance, performance, and training evidence reports. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align training strategies with business objectives. What profile are we looking for? Completed bachelor’s degree (preferably in economics, administration, technology, or related fields). 2 years of verifiable experience as a trainer in corporate environments (ideally in the technology/B2B sector). Experience delivering in-person and virtual trainings (webinars, remote sessions). Experience working with sales teams, channels, or distributors. Advanced verbal, written, and non-verbal communication skills. Excellent presentation and group facilitation skills. Conversational English proficiency (able to deliver training to international audiences). Willingness to travel within Mexico and Latin America. What do we offer?
