**Quality Inspector** (Food Industry) **What are we looking for?** * Food Engineering, Food Chemistry, Pharmacist-Biochemist, Biochemical Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in monitoring and verification of food processing operations. (Mandatory) * Knowledge of prerequisite programs, HACCP, PRPs, CCPs, and cleaning and sanitation verification. * Skills: organization, teamwork, effective communication, results-oriented mindset, and adherence to standards. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Monitor processes to ensure product quality and food safety during production and upon completion. * Verify PRPs, PRPs, CCPs, and cleaning and sanitation programs. * Inspect sanitary conditions of loading units, shipments, and returns. * Track identified deviations and promptly report them to the supervisor. * Evaluate product description compliance and conduct sampling and verification activities. **What do we offer?** * Monthly salary: $17,265 gross. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits: * Savings fund. * School supplies allowance. * Financial support in case of immediate family member’s death. * Social benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, AFORE). **Work Schedule:** * 5 working days x 2 days off (rotating days off). * Shift roster: * 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM * 2:00 PM – 9:30 PM * 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM **Location:** Pte 152, Industrial Vallejo, 02300 Mexico City, Mexico Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $17,265.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Experience: * Food industry: 3 years (Preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
