





Position Objective Coordinate and supervise activities related to the assignment, implementation, and evaluation of clinical practices and social service for nursing school students, ensuring compliance with institutional, ethical, and legal regulations, as well as promoting students’ holistic development in real-world healthcare settings. Main Responsibilities 1. Clinical Field Management and Planning * Establish agreements and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and other health institutions to guarantee clinical practice placements. * Design and coordinate student assignments to clinical fields according to curricular plans and training needs. * Supervise the implementation of clinical practices to ensure achievement of academic objectives. 2. Social Service Supervision * Organize and manage student assignments to social service in accordance with current regulations. * Ensure that social service activities contribute to the development of professional competencies. * Provide guidance and support to students throughout their social service period. 3. Evaluation and Monitoring * Coordinate with faculty members and health institution staff to evaluate student performance. * Analyze and report outcomes of clinical practices and social service, proposing continuous improvements. 4. Regulatory Compliance * Ensure that clinical practices and social service comply with guidelines established by educational and health authorities. * Manage official documentation related to agreements, evaluations, and institutional reports. 5. Training and Professional Development * Organize workshops, courses, and informational sessions for students and faculty on topics related to clinical practice and social service. Position Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferably with specialization or master’s degree). * Minimum one year of experience in coordinating or supervising clinical practices or social service. * Knowledge of health and education regulations related to clinical fields and social service. * Leadership, effective communication, and conflict management skills.
