Participation in solution documentation and knowledge base creation A company specializing in marketing and technical support is looking for talent as a **Technical Support Assistant**, providing dedicated support to a major retail-sector client operating in stores and service stations. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Answer phone calls and emails to assist with basic technical issues, providing advice and guidance. * Create incident records and support tickets to properly track issues and their resolution. * Provide basic technical advice to customers on how to resolve common issues or use company system features. * Participate in training and development programs to improve technical skills and system knowledge. * Assist in documenting solutions for common issues, contributing to internal knowledge and knowledge base creation. * Scheduled server updates. * Maintain optimal operation of gas station systems. * Comply with regulatory requirements and official requests. **KNOWLEDGE / CERTIFICATIONS:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Knowledge of computer hardware * SQL database fundamentals * Experience using CRM software **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems or Computer Systems Engineering * Languages: Intermediate English (Technical) * Experience: 1 year of experience; professional internships in customer support within the technology sector are acceptable. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary based on experience * Statutory benefits * Additional Benefits: English classes, gym discounts, preferential pricing, life insurance, auto insurance, among others... **Location:** **Interlomas, Huixquilucan.** Salary: $10,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Gym discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Free parking * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance Workplace: On-site employment
