We are currently seeking new talent to join us as a SERVICE ENGINEER. Job Objective: To provide specialized field and on-site technical support, ensuring correct installation, maintenance, calibration, and operation of equipment, thereby guaranteeing customer satisfaction and compliance with quality standards. **WELCOME TO RECENT GRADUATES** **Requirements:** Completed engineering degree (Mechatronics, Electronics, Robotics, Control and Automation, or related field). Minimum 1–3 years of experience in technical service or maintenance. Knowledge of instrumentation, calibration, or industrial equipment (preferred). Proficiency with diagnostic tools. Valid driver’s license (preferred). Willingness to travel frequently. **Responsibilities:** On-site installation, commissioning, and validation of equipment. Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. Diagnosis and resolution of technical failures. Preparation of technical service reports. Customer support and follow-up. Basic training for end users. Compliance with procedures according to the quality management system (ISO 9001 / ISO 17025 preferred). Control and safeguarding of assigned tools and equipment. **Skills:** Customer focus Problem solving Organization and time management **We Offer:** Gross monthly salary: $14,000.00–$16,000.00 MXN.
