Talent management, Human Resources administration, executing talent acquisition processes at various levels, managing different recruitment sources, DNC, Training programs, Workplace climate, Performance evaluation, 360° evaluation, NOM 035. Implement intervention plans for organizational efficiency and preservation of company culture. Salary: $30,000 plus statutory benefits during the probation period.
