Preferred certification or master's degree in Organizational Development. **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years in change management processes, Organizational Development models. Talent management, Human Resources administration, executing talent acquisition processes at various levels, managing different recruitment sources, DNC, Training programs, Workplace climate, Performance evaluation, 360° evaluation, NOM 035. Implement intervention plans for organizational efficiency and preservation of company culture. Salary: $30,000 plus statutory benefits during the probation period.
