You will manage restructuring requests received from the commercial network and branches—formalizing them in the system, analyzing supporting documentation, and tracking the process until final signature is obtained, **optimizing processes and collaborating with key departments to ensure an integrated customer experience**. Your responsibilities will include: * Processing waivers and payments requested by the commercial network, internal collections, T-Conecta, and agencies. * Setting waiting periods in the system for loans assessed by the collections department; validating days past due based on policy (at month-end); and analyzing daily waiting period requests submitted by branch offices and dispatch centers. * Implementing discounts and write-offs requested by the commercial network and dispatch centers, analyzing supporting documentation and tracking the process until completion. * Maintaining records of applied measures (discounts, write-offs, restructurings, adjustments, waivers, and waiting periods). What are we looking for in you? * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service, executing restructurings, discounts, write-offs, waivers, deferrals, and database management. * **Competencies:** Innovation, customer orientation, written communication skills, teamwork, analytical ability, and adaptability to change.
