Are you ready? **Job Objective:** To develop and implement efficient, high-quality technological solutions for assigned applications, ensuring compliance with AXA’s established technical standards and guidelines, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the organization’s platforms and systems. **Key Responsibilities:** * Participate in requirements analysis and definition of efficient, scalable technical solutions by designing components and/or modules in accordance with AXA’s technical standards and guidelines. * Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following programming best practices, through development of new functionalities or enhancement of existing ones in assigned applications. * Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality and functionality, collaborating in identifying and resolving technical errors or issues. * Provide technical support to resolve incidents in delivered solutions, ensuring their stability and efficiency through analysis and collaboration with the team. * Timely communicate information regarding applications, risks, and vulnerabilities to facilitate informed decision-making, ensuring continuous improvement and system protection. * Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation—including designs, manuals, and development guides—to facilitate understanding, maintenance, and continuous improvement of solutions. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems, Information Technology Engineering, or related field (completed). * Language: Intermediate English. * Type and duration of experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in systems development and functional analysis. * ETL process development and management. * System integration via APIs, web services, middleware, and integration tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend). * Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). * Basic knowledge of agile methodologies. * Programming languages: Functional and Object-Oriented (Java, Python, SQL). * Tools: BI (Power BI); Database management: Oracle. * Location: Benito Juárez, CDMX. **Competencies:** * Business Knowledge. * Organizational Skills. * Results Orientation. * Motivation and Inspiration.
