Our team works with financial sector clients to develop effective strategies that enable them to meet regulatory and market expectations while contributing to a more sustainable future. ### **Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of project consulting experience in climate risk management, preferably within the TCFD framework, climate scenario analysis, and decarbonization strategies. * **Sector:** Experience in the financial sector (banks, insurance, AFOREs). * **Knowledge:** + COSO ERM methodology and ISO 31000\. + Damage functions, probability distributions, and climate data analysis. + Sustainable taxonomy, sustainable finance, and sustainable financing instruments. + International regulations and policies related to climate change and sustainability. + Use of NGFS, RCP, and SSP scenarios, as well as modeling of these. + Collection, cleaning, integration, and processing of climate data and indicators. + Identification of climate risks for the financial sector. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Excel software and experience with data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau). * **Desirable:** Experience in project supervision, team management, or verification projects. * **Education:** University degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical, Geophysics), Geography, Sustainable Development, Economics, Actuarial Science, Finance, or fields related to sustainability. ### **Activities** * Consult and advise clients on climate risk and sustainability management. * Conduct climate scenario analysis and develop decarbonization strategies. * Implement risk management methodologies such as COSO ERM and ISO 31000\. * Collaborate in the collection and analysis of climate data, as well as in identifying risks for the financial sector. * Supervise projects and coordinate work teams on sustainability initiatives. * Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients. ### **What we offer at EY** * Opportunities for professional and personal development in a dynamic and collaborative environment. * Access to training and certification programs in key areas of sustainability and finance. * An inclusive work environment that values diversity and encourages innovation. * Competitive benefits and an attractive compensation package. * The opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that positively impact society and the environment.
