A MAJOR AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY COMPANY IS SEEKING **AFTER-SALES ASSISTANT** Requirements: * Proven experience in sales and automotive mechanics is mandatory. * Knowledge of diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults; fuel injection systems; air conditioning; suspension; and braking systems. * Experience working in mechanical workshops as an automotive technician and in multi-brand mechanics is preferred. * Technical or engineering degree in automotive mechanics. Responsibilities: * Customer follow-up, consultation, and on-floor assistance in the warranty department. * Vehicle delivery, closing of logistical services, and scanning documentation into the system. * Familiarity with the auto parts market across various brands. * Use of specialized tools and diagnostic equipment. * Providing advice regarding vehicle repairs, minor and major services.
