Main Responsibilities * Welding execution: Joining metal parts using processes according to quality standards. * Material preparation: Cutting, polishing, grinding, and cleaning surfaces before and after the welding process. * Blueprint reading: Basic interpretation of blueprints. * Tool usage: Safe handling of squares, levels, grinders, drills, and tape measures. * Preventive maintenance: Basic care of welding equipment and reporting of malfunctions. * Basic knowledge of electricity. Required Profile * Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years in similar positions. * Technical knowledge: * Intermediate proficiency in welding processes for stainless steel and carbon steel. * Skill in using electrical and manual workshop tools. * Knowledge of industrial safety standards. * Soft skills: Punctuality, proactivity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team. What do you need? Completed junior high school or incomplete high school. Flexible schedule availability; shifts rotate monthly. What do we offer?
