As Operations Manager, you will ensure the workshop operates profitably and efficiently, meeting established objectives and goals. **\*REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field. * Minimum 4 years of experience in: Heavy machinery workshop operations management, Repair budget management, Resource management, Leadership and personnel management, Process monitoring and control, Planning and organization. * Knowledge in: Mechanics, Hydraulics and heavy machinery operation; Heavy machinery spare parts; Industrial safety; SIS CAT knowledge; Team building; Project management; English: 50% written and spoken; * Availability to travel to the Polotitlán branch. **\*MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan and organize workshop operations, including resource allocation and task scheduling. * Supervise spare parts and review repair order costs. * Inspect equipment and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance in the field, as well as resolve warranty-related issues. * Establish and maintain procedures and policies to ensure operational efficiency and quality. * Lead and supervise workshop personnel, including technicians and mechanics. * Provide guidance and training to ensure staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. * Monitor and control workshop processes and procedures, identifying improvement areas and opportunities to enhance efficiency. * Implement and maintain quality and safety control systems to ensure compliance with established standards.
