Description

Advanced English required 1 to 3 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Experience in specialized recruitment, administrative profiles, knowledge of the Automotive/Logistics sector. Competency-based interviews, in-depth interviews, recruitment sources. Knowledge of Human Resources processes (Onboarding, Training, Incident Management). Performance indicators: Time to fill vacancies Number of positions filled Employee turnover Hiring quality.
