In our retail operation, we seek a **Control Desk Assistant in Human Resources** who will drive operational efficiency through analysis, automation, and control of critical information. **What will be your mission?** ------------------------- Ensure the generation, analysis, and automation of HR information, guaranteeing incident control (hires and separations), proper integration into pre-payroll, and strategic support for decision-making. **2️⃣ Key Responsibilities** **Report Generation and Management** * Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports based on our application: * Attendance * Absenteeism * Incidents * Productivity Prepare reports for: * Operations * Supervisors * Payroll * Management * **️ Automation and Optimization** * Create work templates (layout, template). * Generate and automate reports for issuing: * Staff incidents (absenteeism, disabilities, etc.) * Store access letters * Credentials * Optimize processing and delivery times for information. **Operational Integration – Pre-Payroll** * Translate operational data into structured pre-payroll information. * Ensure accurate data reconciliation for executives and the payroll department. * Minimize administrative errors affecting payments. **What are we looking for?** ------------------ Bachelor’s degree (in progress, completed, or certified) in HR-related fields * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data analysis * Results-oriented mindset * Executive communication skills * Intermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query; macros preferred). * Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. * Experience in call centers, MIS, or related areas Salary: $15,000 to $18,000 plus statutory benefits.
