UBK Corporate — a real estate construction and development company with over 20 years of experience in vertical housing development — is seeking new talent as a Management Intern (licenses and permits). **Minimum Experience:** Not required **Education:** Must be a student in the final semesters (8th, 9th, or 10th semester) of Architecture, Urban Planning, Territorial Planning, or Law. **(Considered exclusively for fulfilling professional internship requirements)** **Responsibilities:** * Complete application forms for procedures submitted to various government agencies. * Compile files accurately and on time for such submissions, and conduct timely follow-up to ensure approval. * Submit basic applications to relevant government agencies. * Process payment requests to suppliers and service providers for our developments. * Actively participate in analyzing each project and identifying potential solutions. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Basic knowledge of regulations and procedures related to construction permits and licenses (preferred). * Proficiency in basic computer tools (Microsoft Office, etc.). **We Offer:** * Monthly stipend of $5000. * Flexible schedule: 5 hours per day. * Fulfillment of professional internship requirements. * Job stability and career growth. **Work Location:** Palmas, Lomas de Chapultepec.
