Our compensation package includes: * **Base Salary**: MXN 28,000–32,000 (tax-free), statutory benefits, 100% nominal salary, Savings Fund, Life Insurance, Major Medical Expense Insurance, Grocery Vouchers, Paid Vacation Days, Paid Leave Days, Year-End Bonus, and Training Program \[access to ISTQB, Scrum, HASTQB, etc., courses and certifications after 3 months. * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Work Location**: Onsite, Polanco neighborhood **What We’re Looking For** * 4–5 years of experience as: Senior Tester, Test Lead, Senior Test Lead, or Senior Test Engineer * 1–2 years of experience in the banking or financial sector, performing SQL queries for Data ETL (data validation, transformation rules, integrity, performance) and/or using iceDQ, ETL Validator (Datagaps), IPC, Talend, QuerySurge * Strong stakeholder management across various business units, deliverable tracking, risk management, and performance reporting * 2–3 years leading multidisciplinary teams, mentoring junior profiles, and fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement; collaboration with development teams and facilitation of agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives) * 2–3 years defining and designing complex test case matrices, optimizing processes, overseeing functional, integration, and API testing * 2–3 years managing requirements and test case tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Excel, etc. * 2–3 years using automation tools (UI, API, Mobile) such as Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, Swagger, etc. * Proficiency in SQL databases (queries, stored procedures, joins, queries, etc.) * Agile methodologies, CI/CD, DevOps practices, ISTQB, ALM **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s Degree (incomplete) **Desired Experience Level:** Entry Level **Departmental Function:** Technology / Internet **Industry:** Software Development / Programming **Skills:** * SQL BDD Test Matrices * Jira Excel MySQL Scrum Testing * ETL Defect Reporting * QA Software ALM Manuals * ISTQB Postman SoapUI *This job posting originates from Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69e1141954000037001d4d4d\&source\=indeed*
