Application of current tax regulations (NIF, NIIF) A prominent residential developer seeks your talent as a **JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, **CERTIFIED** * Experience in: Financial statements, bank reconciliations, tax calculations (Income Tax, VAT), annual tax returns; prior collaboration with real estate companies * 3 to 5 years of **VERIFIABLE** experience as a Junior Accountant, Accounting Assistant, or related role **KNOWLEDGE:** Accounting fundamentals under current tax regulations (NIF, NIIF), Microsoft Office, accounting software (COI), ERP systems (NEODATA). **REQUIRED SKILLS:** Teamwork, working under pressure, analytical thinking, and frustration tolerance. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Record financial transactions in accounting systems. * Prepare analytical schedules. * Generate reports on sales, customers, costs, suppliers, loans, and any other reports requested by company departments. * Reconcile supplier payments and prepare monthly reports. * Review aging of account balances. * Review AML (Anti-Money Laundering) reports. * Review sales vs. deed registrations and corresponding accounting records. * Calculate provisional tax payments, Income Tax, VAT, and annual tax returns. **WE OFFER:** * Net monthly salary of MXN $18,000–$20,000 * Statutory benefits * Direct employment with the company Employment type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00–$20,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
