Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect with experience in architectural rendering, 3D modeling, visualization, and digital animation to produce accurate and photorealistic representations. Key Highlights: 1. Creation of photorealistic renders and animations for architectural projects. 2. Collaboration in generating visual content for various platforms. 3. Ensuring fidelity of 3D models and adherence to project schedules. \* **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Architecture. **Portfolio submission is mandatory with your application.** \* Minimum **3 years of experience** in architectural rendering, 3D modeling, visualization, and digital animation. **Technical Skills:** 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop. AI tools (KREA) \* Responsibilities: 1\. Interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings to generate precise three-dimensional representations. 2\. Create photorealistic interior, exterior, and urban environment renders according to design specifications. 3\. Produce animations, virtual walkthroughs, and promotional videos for projects. 4\. Coordinate with Architecture, Sales, and Marketing departments to adapt visual materials for campaigns and presentations. 5\. Maintain an up-to-date digital catalog of institutional images, materials, and textures. 6\. Propose visual or conceptual improvements to enhance project presentation. 7\. Ensure 3D models accurately reflect approved technical drawings. 8\. Meet project delivery deadlines and comply with confidentiality requirements. 9\. Collaborate on generating visual content for social media, brochures, 360° renders, and augmented reality. 10\. Ensure proper naming conventions and digital archiving of projects in accordance with institutional standards.
